MEET THE INSTRUCTORS
Mrs. Christine Belpedio-Fosco
Owner, artistic director, teacher, and choreographer for 45 years at the Christine Belpedio School of Dance. She studied ballet, tap, jazz, and acrobatics in New York, Chicago, and California. She began dancing at age 6. A certified member of the Dance Education Association of America, she performed professionally in the Chicago metropolitan area with the Entertainer's Company. Former dancer for the Chicago Bears Honey Bears.

Ms. Alicia
She is currently a student at Northeastern University, majoring in Dance. She has training in ballet, Latin rhythms, hip hop, contemporary, tap, and jazz. She has performed at various renowned events, including the Chicago International Salsa Congress and the Chicago Bachata and Salsa Festival. She began dancing at Christine Belpedio's studio at age four. She recently opened for French Montana and Jerry Rivera. She is a professional Latin dance instructor and dancer.

Coach Matt
He trained and competed in Chicago's park districts for over 10 years. He participated in six NAIGC National District Gymnastics Championships. He coached the Xavier University men's gymnastics club. He trained at the Junior Olympic Games camp in Pittsburgh with Blaine Wilson. He has been an acrobatics coach for over 10 years. He teaches gymnastics classes for all ages, from beginners to advanced.

Ms. Francesca
A graduate of the University of Illinois, she is a professional hip-hop dancer and instructor with over eight years of experience. She has performed with hip-hop companies such as Deeply Rooted Dance, Coda, Urban Dance, Boom Crack, and Puzzle League. She began dancing at Christine Belpedio's dance school at age three. Her training includes acrobatics, ballet, contemporary dance, hip-hop, and jazz. She teaches contemporary dance, hip-hop, and jazz.

Mr. Jose
Latin dancer and instructor with over 8 years of experience. He has participated in several renowned events, including the Chicago International Salsa Congress and the Chicago Bachata and Salsa Festival. He has performed both internationally and locally in Chicago. He has been a member of various Latin dance companies for several years. He has taught classes for the CBSD Latin dance teams for over 5 years.

Mrs. Miriam
A Mexican folk dance instructor and dancer, originally from Guadalajara, Mexico, with over 25 years of experience. She has choreographed performances for large groups from various regions. She studied at the University of Guadalajara. She was a dance instructor for the SEP (Ministry of Public Education) and the DIF (National System for Integral Family Development) in Mexico. She performed professionally for the Casa de la Cultura (House of Culture) in Mexico.

Ms. Racheal
A freelance dancer with experience performing for numerous musical artists and appearing in music videos. She has participated in festivals such as World of Dance, Lollapalooza, and Carnaval, among others. She has traveled throughout Illinois choreographing for various groups. She graduated from the College of DuPage with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. She teaches acrobatics, contemporary dance, hip hop, and jazz.

Ms. Sabrina
A graduate of DePaul University, she teaches ballet, pointe, jazz, contemporary, and pom-pom classes for all levels. She has several years of teaching experience in recitals, dance competitions, and choreography. She is a professional dance instructor and pom-pom coach. She has taught in Chicago and the surrounding area.
