Acrobatic

An exciting, high-energy class designed to develop strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and control. Students will master acrobatic skills and learn handstands, aerials, cartwheels, walkovers and much more.

Ballet

Rooted in the foundation of all dance, our progressive Cecchetti Ballet I–V curriculum develops classical technique, vocabulary, strength, coordination, musicality, and artistry while instilling discipline, confidence, and proper studio etiquette.


Ballet/Tap Combo

An exciting combination class that introduces dancers to the elegance of ballet and the rhythmic energy of tap. Students develop foundational technique, posture, coordination, balance, musicality, precise footwork, and confidence while building versatility and a lasting love of dance.

Ballet/
Tumbling Combo

A dynamic class combining foundational ballet technique with introductory tumbling skills. Dancers develop strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, musicality, and confidence in a fun, structured, and encouraging environment.


Contemporary

A dynamic fusion of ballet, modern, and expressive movement that challenges dancers to explore creativity, musicality, and personal artistry. Through innovative choreography and technical training, dancers develop strength, flexibility, fluidity, control, and confidence.

Contemporary

Contemporary dance is an expressive dance style that combines elements of various genres, such as modern dance, jazz, lyrical dance, and classical ballet. It seeks to connect the mind and body through fluid movements. It emphasizes versatility and improvisation, and focuses on floor work, using gravity to propel oneself towards the floor.

Creative movement

This class is designed to teach students to use movement as a means of expression and communication. They will learn songs, pre-ballet steps, work with props, and develop coordination.

Hip Hop

A high-energy, technically focused class emphasizing rhythm, musicality, isolations, grooves, dynamics, coordination, and intricate footwork. Dancers develop precision, strength, control, performance quality, and individual style through progressive combinations and choreography.

Hip Hop

Hip hop dance encompasses a wide variety of styles, movements, and specific techniques. This is an intense and energetic dance class. Get a complete workout, improve your body coordination, and learn the most popular moves. This class is the most requested by both children and adults.

flamenco

Experience the power, passion, and artistry of traditional Spanish dance. Students explore regional Flamenco styles while developing precise footwork, rhythmic hand clapping, arm placement, posture, musicality, coordination, and expressive performance skills. This spirited class builds confidence, discipline, and stage presence through the rich music and cultural traditions of Spain.

Jazz

A technically focused class emphasizing proper alignment, strength, flexibility, isolations, turns, leaps, and extensions. Through structured progressions and dynamic choreography, dancers develop precision, control, musicality, coordination, individual style, and polished performance quality.

Jazz

Jazz dance technique develops a dancer's coordination, flexibility, and rhythm, offering stylistic diversity. Through the use of isolations, jumps, turns, and stretches, jazz dance refines the way the body moves and teaches versatility. Classes consist of a warm-up in the center, stretching, footwork, and combinations in the center.


Latin

A vibrant, technique-driven class featuring Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Cumbia, Cha-Cha, Mambo, Rumba, and Samba. Dancers develop authentic rhythm, hip action, body isolations, footwork, coordination, musicality, partnering skills, and dynamic fun dance combinations.

Latin dance

Learn the best Latin dance steps and routines. Discover footwork and the most sophisticated styles to perfect your moves. Learn to dance salsa, merengue, bachata, cha-cha-cha, mambo, and much more. A partner isn't necessary, but it's recommended.

Mexican folkloric

A dynamic celebration of Mexico’s rich cultural heritage through traditional dances from Jalisco, Veracruz, Yucatán, Oaxaca, Chiapas, Sinaloa, Nayarit, Guerrero, Michoacán, Nuevo León, Chihuahua, Puebla, and many other regions. Dancers develop authentic technique through precise footwork, zapateado, skirt work, posture, musicality, coordination, and regional performance style.

Mexican folk dance

Learn steps and routines of Mexican cultural dance. Learn footwork and costume styling to enhance your stage presence. Learn traditional choreographies, along with the history of various dances from different states and regions of Mexico.


Pointe

An advanced ballet class focused on pointe technique, proper spinal alignment, turnout from the hips, strength, stability, foot articulation, balance, control, and precision. Through structured barre and center exercises, dancers strengthen the calves, ankles, feet, and arches while refining classical lines, placement, transitions, and artistry. Emphasis is placed on discipline, studio etiquette, and the technical excellence required for safe, confident pointe work.

Pointe

Emphasis is placed on classical ballet technique on pointe. Pointe training begins only after the dancer has a solid and thorough understanding of classical ballet technique.

poms

A spirited class combining precision, sharp movements, powerful choreography, and performance skills. Dancers will build strength, coordination, flexibility, and confidence while learning jumps, kicks, turns and much more!


Progressive ballet technique

Progressing Ballet Technique is an innovative body-conditioning and strengthening program designed to improve technique, alignment, posture, weight placement, flexibility, and muscle memory. Using exercise balls and specialized equipment, students learn to identify and engage the correct muscle groups while developing core stability, balance, coordination, and control. PBT supports injury prevention and rehabilitation while enhancing performance in dance, athletics, and everyday movement. Youth and adult programs are available, and no prior dance experience is required.


PBT is not only a program to improve technique in ballet dancers, it is now being appreciated and incorporated in training by all forms of dancers, athletes, physiotherapists and even footballers!

Tap

An engaging, technique-driven class where dancers create music with their feet. Through progressive exercises and rhythmic combinations, students develop clean sounds, sharp rhythms, precise timing, accurate footwork, speed, coordination, musicality, confidence, and strong performance quality.

Tap

Tap dancing is the most rhythmic form of dance. Dancers learn to create music with their feet. Studying tap is an excellent way to improve mind-body coordination and develop a sense of rhythm, timing, and expressiveness.
