Essential for any dancer, ballet is the foundation of all dance forms. The class includes classical barre exercises for warm-up, center work, and traveling movements. This class covers the fundamentals: top rock, footwork, freezes, and power moves. It's a creative blend influenced by dance, martial arts, and gymnastics. You'll learn to appreciate dance and performance, both in its traditional and contemporary art forms, and how it has evolved.
