REQUIREMENTS

Contemporary: Must be enrolled in a ballet class.

Hip Hop Teams: Students enrolled in the Hip Hop Team may be required to take an additional Hip Hop class if their teacher recommends it.

Latin Teams: Must be enrolled in the Latin dance training class.

Pointe class: Must be enrolled in 2 ballet classes.

LEVELS

Level I: Beginner to 1 year of training

Level I-II: 1 to 2 years of training

Level II: 2 to 3 years of training

Level III: 3+ years of training

Level IV-V: 4+ years of training

Class assignments are at the discretion of the teacher or director and are not based solely on age or years of study. All dance classes are subject to change depending on enrollment; a minimum of six students is required to open a class. During September and October, teachers will assess students to ensure proper class placement. Parents will be notified of any class changes.
