Christine Belpedio's dance school was founded in 1978 and has been serving the Belmont Cragin community for over 45 years, and continues to do so.
Our goal is to continue offering the best dance classes in the Chicago metropolitan area. We seek to enrich the dance community by offering a wide variety of classes to suit your needs. We offer more than 14 different dance styles, from beginner to professional levels, co-ed classes, and classes for all ages, from 3 years old to adulthood. CBSD is supported by a team of professional dance instructors who teach acrobatics, ballet, breakdancing, contemporary, hip hop, jazz, Latin rhythms, Mexican folklore, pointe, pre-ballet/CMT, tap, and acrobatic gymnastics.
At CBSD, our teachers have extensive experience and are also professional artists. We want to assure you that your child will receive an excellent dance education at CBSD. We provide classes in a positive and safe environment, based on respect, discipline, integrity, and professionalism.
The teaching and administrative staff work diligently throughout the year to present a spectacular dance recital held annually in June. In it, we showcase what your child has learned throughout the year. Some classes on the dance team also participate in competitions and performances at other events during the year.
We also offer packages for Quinceañeras, Sweet Sixteens, and Weddings that include choreography, music, and dance performances for your event.
